ADA treatment provides a drug free substance abuse program designed to provide a comprehensive initial and aftercare treatment environment for persons who are experiencing problems as a result of alcohol and/or drug use and abuse. ADA programs are certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) - Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse.

Comprehensive treatment is offered based on the assessed needs of the individual. A full array of ADA services is available including intensive day treatment or outpatient treatment programs that focus on the individual as well as the family.

The Primary Recovery Plus (PR+) program has residential treatment components that provide 24/7 care and housing. PR+ serves adults and gives the clients more control over what resources they need to utilize. Services include individual and group counseling, group education, family therapy, case management, social setting detox and residential housing. Clients may also choose to participate in faith-based supports as additional components of treatment.

Comprehensive Substance Treatment and Rehabilitation (CSTAR) programs are available to adults ages 18+ and adolescents ages 12-17. CSTAR provides a comprehensive individualized program that offers treatment, housing, daycare and other supports. Services include individual and group counseling, group education, family therapy, community support, and residential and transitional housing.

There are no restrictions with regard to sex, race, religion, color, disability, or ability to pay. Family Counseling Center accepts a wide variety of funding for services such as private pay, insurance, Missouri Medicaid, Medicare, Drug Courts, and others. DMH funded service fees are determined by the state standard means test.
